How it works

TRIZ (Теория решения изобретательских задач) was developed by Genrich Altshuller from the study of patents. The 40 inventive principles are canonical; the 12 business parameters and the lookup grid here are an original adaptation for finance and operations, built for this tool — not a reproduction of any proprietary business matrix.
